Ozone Hair Transplantation

Ozone hair transplantation is a treatment method that uses ozone to prevent or reduce hair loss. Ozone is a triatomic form of oxygen molecules (O3) and possesses antimicrobial properties. In this method, ozone is usually injected into the scalp or ozone-infused oils are applied to the hair roots.

The process of ozone hair transplantation may generally involve the following steps:

  1. Preparation of ozone: Converting oxygen molecules into ozone.
  2. Application to the scalp: Ozone can be injected into the areas experiencing hair loss or applied via massage using ozone-infused oils.

The antimicrobial and antioxidant properties of ozone are believed to potentially enhance blood circulation in the scalp and improve the health of hair follicles. However, further research and clinical studies are needed regarding ozone hair transplantation.
